KHB-B concrete breaker ball valve
KHB-B concrete breaker ball valve: his is a ball valves designed for excavators, which used when the bulket is removed and a rock/concrete hydraulic breaker is attached. The ball valve is used to shut down the pipe line when the breaker is removed and prevent oil leakage from the pipeline, it is a perfect replacement to traditional hard sealed spindle type stop valves (which always has tiny leakage between spindle and body). This ball valve has following characteristics:
- Zero leakage;
- shock resistance, do not open or close automaticlly under operation;
- mountable body, easyly aseembled or removed from the arm;
- 2 PC body, one fitting less than a standard high pressure ball valve, more reliable;
- hex spindle cap available, valve operate convenient with any tool at hand;
- blow out proof design.
NOTE: using the valve at half open or close position is not allowed.
